A large part of our work involves obtaining buyers for substantial private businesses
offered for sale; and providing negotiating advice and services for business mergers,
acquisitions and disposals. We will initiate and arrange the purchase of a series
of businesses as part of a programme, if appropriate.
Much of our work in this field relates to sales of owner-managed businesses. Typically
the owners are approaching retirement or are seeking to realise the value that has
been generated in their business. We will manage the entire sale process through
