Typically our clients are profitable but seeking to reorganise or consolidate their funding structures. We have advised on and completed fundraisings for a range of IT and manufacturing businesses and also for clients in property development and in the service sector.

 

We are currently working on projects in the retail, leisure and service sectors.

 

Business acquisitions

 

We act for clients in several industries which are seeking to expand by acquisition.

 

Business sales and valuations

 

We have arranged the disposal of businesses in a range of sectors including construction, cleaning services, chemicals, printing and luxury goods. Assignments are in progress for clients in other industries.

 

Joint ventures

 

Since its inception, Eximus has shown particular expertise in advising on joint ventures and business co-operation agreements. We have completed joint venture arrangements for our clients with some of the UK’s largest public companies.

 

Flotations

 

Another specialist area is advisory work for businesses and entrepreneurs who are considering an admission of securities to trading on a stock exchange. Our clients in this field include some substantial private businesses with capital employed in excess of £20m.

 

Collective investment schemes

 

We have been retained as advisers to the promoters of several investment funds in a variety of sectors and have a pipeline of upcoming funds in which we are involved.
